Ms. Shay and her Caliber Collison Teams did an amazing job job repair my Lexus LX570. The repairs and paint job are just phenomenal. The reprogram all settings to manufacture specifications. Ms. Shay kept me informed through out the repairs process. I wish I could give the 15 stars.

Shay did an amazing job explaining everything and walking me through the repair process. She kept me updated while my vehicle reached certain steps in that process. I didn't have to be concerned about any aspect of the repair while my vehicle was at Caliber.

Shay was great and very helpful. I wasn't at all happy with the way Ken handled things. I felt as if Ken was accusing me of lying and he pointed out things that were completly incorrect. For example, saying that some dirt that was cleaned after repair was oxidation. if this was the case, I wouldn't have been able to wipe it off with my finger. The GM should treat customers better then that.
