Totally professional. Met at my appointment time and walked around the car together. She pointed out the less obvious damage and explained that not all the damage is visible and after it is disassembled they will have a more accurate estimate. I was given daily updates by Darius about the process and was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle was ready days early especially as it was the day before Christmas. If it was possible to rate the staff any higher than perfect I would do it. I know it’s a job but Darius went above and beyond and should be commend for his service Thank everyone involved from the person who greets you initially to the person who collected the copay. All very pleasant and professional

The overall paint job was okay but my fiance noticed chip marks in a line that was not on the car . Also the car obviously was not taped up good enough to keep areas from getting sprayed that shouldn't have been.
