No need to contact me. All I have to say is that there is a lady on the first desk as you get there really does not know how to give customer service. Other than that everything was great, quick repair, great assistance with the car rental, quick check out, and great follow up with text messge and phone call to update. If needed going back to Caliber, hopefully I encounter a better welcome.
