I had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop The service was not what I expected, and I was not satisfied with the quality of the repair or the customer service Communication was poor, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously I would recommend getting a second opinion and comparing other repair shops before choosing this one.

I can't say I would recommend Caliber for a personal repair. The crew was expeditious, but the quality seemed to reflect that.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Our service advisor, Kenneth Hull, was very thorough inspecting the damage to our Escape and explaining the repair timing and process and answering our questions. He was in regular communication with us while the repairs were being made and the link they sent us was clear with progress of repairs, repair costs, insurance coverage and our deductible cost. They worked well and closely with our insurance company. The repairs were done very well, our car looks great. The fix was done very well and on schedule. When completed Kenneth did a walk around inspection with us and answered any questions we had. All-in-all …. A very positive experience!!! Highly recommend Caliber Collision!!!
