Eagan,Mn shop offered to pay for rental car for 7 days after the truck had to go back there for repairs damaged in delivery back to Ham Lake shop. Reached out 3X and said they would pay for it. Still waiting to be paid . Refused to take it out of the deductible.

Caliber in Eagan is always the best. Super friendly, way more “on it” than any other operation that I’ve had the displeasure of meeting. Very rarely do you receive the proactive and advance calls of this nature and they tend to fall on the side of “your car’s read early” which is wild.
