The staff at Eagan on Town Center Drive were awesome. Courteous, prompt, thorough, patient, and the car came back to us better than new. They got it sparking clean and even cleaned our floor mats. Beyond great.

I have to tell you that Andy was great at the front desk. Justin was very good at keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Jeff was absolutely amazing. My biggest complaint about auto places is that they never keep you updated and it’s very stressful when you don’t know when you’re getting your car back. My vehicle took quite a bit longer than they thought and he was so thoughtful and Jeff actually accommodated me above and beyond any expectations I think I’ve ever had for any company. I also have to say that enterprise was amazing as well and it was obvious that you guys have a great relationship with them because they were equally as accommodating and wonderful as well as thoughtful. When I got the message that my truck was done I was so excited to pick it up before I had to go to work that I forgot to fill my tank with gas. I told the guy I would rather be late for work then pay eight dollars a gallon for gas and he said oh I will give you the gas for the same rate that it’s going for right now if it saves you some time. I have never in my life had a car rental company offer to do that for me when I was in a rush. That was amazing. I have to say my husband was always pleased with Abra but I think you guys are 10 times better

Minus the repaired headlight, my car has the same scratches, scuffs, and dents all left from the accident. It looks like no paint work was ever done at all. I am deeply unsatisfied and I would like my vehicle restored to the condition it was in before the accident.

The car was returned to me after 12 days with only the headlight repaired. No other scratches, scuffs, dents, or paint work was done. The car is back in for repairs now for another 7 days. We will see how it goes once the car has been returned for the second time.
