The receptionist was very friendly as was Tim (my contact for my car). I also greatly appreciated that Tim kept the shop open a few minutes later than closing so I could grab my car that night as I had an unexpected delay in getting to the shop.

The same day there was a flapping sound coming from under the car and something had not been properly secured. I had to bring it back the next day. Also had a paint chip appear that was also repaired the next day.

So far there are a few little noises (pulley squeal) that I hope go away. There is quite a strong smell of anti freeze in the cabin and I am watching the anti freeze temp indication which is half way up the scale on a cold day. I don't know about the fluid level ?.I had to drive with the windows down to air out the cabin and noticed a window not operating and a manager knew right away what the fix was .
