Everyone was so polite, professional and helpful. This is my first time having to take a car in for a repair and I was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything went. Everyone was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with what was going on with my vehicle giving me updates every other day. They even called the rental car company to come pick me up and dropped the rental car off back at the company so that I would not be inconvenienced. An extra surprise was that they detailed my car inside and out, so it was like a brand new car when I came to pick it up.

Jesse did a great job. Caliber kept me informed all through the process and they were cost competitive and built alot of trust. I still have onecirem to followup on but am confident Jesse and the crew will take care of it at a mutually agreeable time line. There was some issues with the estimate for my vehicle. It was at one level for the entire time it was under repair and then when it was done the price nearly doubled. It didn't impact my deductible, but I was curious as to why the changes were so big and why it only came at the end of the process.
