Jesse did a great job. Caliber kept me informed all through the process and they were cost competitive and built alot of trust. I still have onecirem to followup on but am confident Jesse and the crew will take care of it at a mutually agreeable time line. Jesse was amazing from start to finish and kept me informed every step of the way. No one likes to deal with car accidents and events but it happens! There was some issues with the estimate for my vehicle. It was at one level for the entire time it was under repair and then when it was done the price nearly doubled. It didn't impact my deductible, but I was curious as to why the changes were so big and why it only came at the end of the process.
