district/general manager, whoever the guy with a man bun that was there today made this go from a ok experience to the worst customer service experience ive ever experienced in my life, wouldn't listen to me and he just HAD to be right, couldn't accept what I had to say for anything.

3 weeks over estimated install time, picked it up with an extremely loud rattle in the front end. Ended up front brake caliper bolts were finger tight and it almost actually fell off. they diagnosed a bad head gasket, my dealership seriously questioned how they came up with that conclusion. It was leaking radiator fluid, the engine didn’t burn it…also the dealership let me know that they damaged a sensor under the hood during their work. They sent the truck out knowing it was throwing a check engine light. It came on the first mile I drove it away. When I brought it back to get the mirror installed they had reset the code again and sent it out. Code came right back on again. i have yet to hear back from them about the censor.

The repairs on the car were perfect. The repairs were completed sooner then was expected and I was kept up to date. A bonus was to have the inside of my car cleaned too. A heartfelt thank you to you Brian and your team!

Looks great, got done ahead of schedule (which I appreciate since I didn’t have a rental car), great with text updates, and as a bonus the interior of my car was cleaned, which I did not expect but greatly appreciate! Thank you!
