I was above and beyond impressed with my experience with Caliber Collision! Before insurance sent me to them I had never heard of them so I had no expectations. The communication was phenomenal as I was sent texts with updates frequently. My van looks brand new and I was shown and explained all the work that was done. And as a huge surprise the inside of my van was cleaned as well! I also appreciated that I didn’t have to do any extra coordination with enterprise and could just leave the vehicle there and get in mine! The front desk staff was so kind and they gave my kids popcorn and a treat which they thought was really cool! I would recommend the Eau Claire Caliber Collision to everyone!

I had a very great experience with caliber collision. The employees were all very nice and informative. My car was rear ended and needed to get fix and the repairs were done is a timely matter. I was kept informed about the status of my repair and any changes. The only thing that I did not like was the price. I understand that car repairs are expensive but I think for the damage that was done, it was a little pricey. It seemed like they fixed things that did not need fixing. But I would over all recommend you to everyone
