I absolutely like that I was notify via text message for every step of the vehicle repair. This was super helpful! Got the vehicle in right away and repair started almost immediately. Markquart auto body has lost me as a customer because Caliber has gained a new future customer. Vehicle looked great! I’m very satisfied!

Unless the bumper gets fixed so it sits flush all around, I am not recommending. I am very disappointed in the quality of work and trusted Caliber Collision to remedy the issue but its not sitting flush the way it should. The repair should look seamless and it does not. Very disappointed.

The bumper does not sit flush at the seams as it should. I made the rep aware of this and they were certain it would eventually when the weather warms up. Regardless of weather, the bumper should sit flush year round. I am very disappointed in the quality of the work repair and need the bumper to sit correctly.
