When I picked up the car everyone was very accomodating and even offered to help me return the rental. Due to our issue with the Enterprise on Ritchie Highway we decided to take it back ourselves if there were any issues. I was very pleased to see that the inside of the car was detailed. It was so nice to take home a clean car with 2 small children.
