I appreciated the communication (phone & email) from the Edgewater location, however I can not say the same about the Clinton location. There seemed to be a lot of confusion regarding who should have contacted me. I never received a call letting me know that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I am pleased with the repairs that were done to my vehicle.

have had two differnt cars repaired over a span of 15 years at two different local shops and the experience was long and painful. Caliber Collision was hands down the best place I've been to -- fast, friendly, and professional. I was referred by my dealer whom I love, and I can see why they refer only Caliber Collision! I too will tell all my friends and professional contacts in the area that this is the ONLY place to go!
