Well after being told that a part on the repair job was needed to be ordered only find out that said part needed to be OEM and was back ordered from part manufacturer company. Which in turn changed the time frame of completing the repair by weeks. Chris was very informative with me even though I expressed much frustration with the process. He was patient and understanding with me. Which was much appreciated.

I have used Caliber Collision a few times over the last couple decades, and feel like I can always trust my car at the Edgewater location. Chris was great and kept me informed along the way this time around, and I was able to pick up my car as soon as I got the call that it was done. However I will admit I forget it is a chain until I get calls from a call center that doesn’t seem to know what is going on. I found contacting the shop itself was way more helpful and made it an overall comfortable experience.
