The Caliber team was so great to work with on getting my vehicle repaired. Everyone from the receptionist, Sarah, to the Service Advisor, Stephen, were extremely personable and helpful. From the very beginning, Stephen told me exactly what was going to happen in the repair process. I received constant communication through text (my choice) on how my vehicle repair was going. Stephen was also helpful in reminding me what to do next about the car seat that was inside my car during my accident. I would absolutely recommend this Caliber location in Edgewater, MD to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. I was extremely impressed with the people and the work done.
