The service team of Caliber collision center at Edmond Deer Creek Oklahoma are very professional, polite and willing to help. I was pretty frustrated with the accident of my BMW but the whole process of repairing my vehicle at this store gave me an excellent service and a very satisfied experience. I would specifically like to mention their names Laura, Trent and Brandon. That are nice, polite, patient, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I strongly recommend this store. I give 5 stars!

The front manager at the Edmond ok shop went above and beyond to do our insurance’s job and get the administration paperwork done so we could get our car out of the shop. She spent so much of her time on the phone with them to get them to do their job. She did not have to do this but she knew how frustrated we were. The car was repaired to our satisfaction and the contacted us weekly to let us know the progress. They set the eye sight safety features back without any problems. We do wish they would have secured the wiring a bit better.

Brandon M. kept me throughly update through texts and calls. My car turned out great, and I was told about other services they could do for other damages. The front desk receptionists were always wonderful and friendly. They were patient with me as well.
