Communication was great throughout the whole process. I did receive my truck back early. The whole office was great from the front desk to the young lady that did my assessment, Brandon was who I spoke to the most, he was fantastic.

This location is new and is not a preferred vendor for my insurance company yet, but other locations are. They have submitted everything to my insurance company and are waiting on their approval. But this caused an extra step for me, this location & my insurance company. They worked it out between the two of them, so everything was ready when I took my car in to be repaired!

Y’all were awesome! You literally got our vehicle in and completed before any other body shop could even start. Laura and Trent were amazing. They communicated the information with us that we needed (via text most of the time which was awesome!), they handled the insurance company and kept us updated if there were any setbacks. By far, the best experience we’ve ever had with a body shop! Thank you!
