After having an issue with my vehicle, got pulled apart in an automatic car wash, I filed my claim. The process was quick, painless and communication was great. Appointments was made after consulting my availability, rental car was set up with no issue. Vehicle was dropped off at Caliber Collision. Communication from Caliber was excellent. Had vehicle less than a week, would have been sooner but were awaiting parts. Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in the future.

Caliber Collision did a great job with their communication throughout the process of repairing my vehicle. When I first called they were able to schedule an appointment the same week to take a look at my vehicle. Once I brought my vehicle in they gave me an estimate of two weeks to have the vehicle fixed and completed the repairs within that timeframe. While they were fixing my vehicle I received numerous text messages about the status of my repairs (initial text to say thank you for choosing them, another text to let me know that the part was ordered, another to let me know that their was a delay with the part, another to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up). I didn’t have to call multiple times to see when they could get me in, or to determine when they might have my vehicle ready. I cannot stress how important this is when you are without a vehicle and have to rent or borrow another vehicle when your car is being fixed. The only reason they did not receive a perfect score is because there was some confusion about what needed to be paid, what was paid, communication about the form of payment that is accepted (no cash) and how late in the day the repairs were made on a Friday (informed my vehicle was ready at 5:17 pm and they closed at 5:30 pm) and I had to wait until Monday to grab my car because I couldn’t make it to them in 13 minutes before they closed for the weekend. All in all I would recommend them and use them again.

I quit going to service king in 2013. Gerber collision is where I’ll refer many people I know in the area. Caliber Collision is a worse representation than Service King and their staff is clueless in how to deal with customers.
