Caliber took care of me from the beginning throughout the process to the end with excellence! Laura was amazing! The receptionist was exceptional and the gentleman that assist me with signing the final paperwork around the car with me and was very knowledgeable and educated me on the process. I will definitely share this experience with other people. The service was above reproach.

From start to finish, Caliber made getting repairs very easy. It was a welcomed relief after dealing with insurance. And Laura was extremely professional and accommodating. She left us feeling very much like all was going to be taken care of. Finally, enough can’t be said about Luz who went above and beyond in every way! Her customer care is exceptional. She helped us get a rental ahead of schedule and after the rental company claimed we couldn’t get a car. One call from Luz and all of that changed! I really hope Caliber is making these two women feel invaluable because they absolutely were in our situation.

From the time I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. I was walked through the process and given what to expect moving forward. The walk around vehicle was smooth and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The text message updates, calls to let me know when completed and pick up was as smooth as possible. This was my first experience with dealing with a body shop and a claim and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I didn’t come in within high expectations as I envisioned this processed being rough, but it was far from it.
