Lady who wins over there name Due I believe it is., she is very rude and demand. She needs to take a customer service course. Very desapointed. Her conduct was very poor. I decided not to fix my car over there .

Had my vehicle back for approximately a week Everything seems to have been repaired correctly. There was an issue with the sound system but that seems to have resolved it self. Service was very professional from initial interview to the vehicle pick up where one of the managers explained all the work completed, he even explained about a dash board light that was on prior to the accident. They also stayed in touch during the process, which was important, especially since my vehicle had damage underneath that wasn't visible until it was put on the lift, which extended the original time estimate.
