The quality of the work was fine. The length of the repair was not. The ball was completely dropped as it took 2 months from the accident for the car to be repaired. I also had to follow up with the status of the car repeatedly.

I also had to follow up with the status of the car repeatedly. While I do appreciate the fact that Caliber attempted to make this right at the end- it was a little too late. Especially after spending Christmas week in NJ b/c we were told the car would be ready the next day, every day.
