Raulu was an absolute 10 the Check out lady was rude and abrupt!!! Said here are your keys and $500 like that was the most important thing. Needs a training course in customer service. Didn’t say anything else. Then followed up with is the rental car empty? I just walked in. Went to hand her cash she said only a card. Rudely!!! Never a thank you never a have a nice day nothing. Cold! Training!!!!!

The entire team was awesome! The liability limit for my repairs was low & thankfully the damages were minimal to my vehicle. Raul was very considerate & expedited my repair with the approval of his manager. I was also given great advice when I inquired about some paint corrosion on other areas of my vehicle. Great experience all around!

Not a good experience. Left multiple messages to the person in charge of my case about needing a rental car and never got called back. Had to figure out how to get to work and back for a week. When I should have been given a rental car. The accident was not my fault so I should have been given a rental car free of charge.
