This was clearly difficult but they are still the best in the industry. Workmanship is impeccable.

The work was great just wish communication was better. It appeared they had difficulty with calibrating my Q7. Then Audi sent the wrong parts. What they suggested will only take a week actually three weeks.

It's only a 5 because Sean (Shawn?) from East El Paso tried to make it right, and I appreciate it. But Caliber as a whole was completely unacceptable. Without Sean's efforts this would be a 1.
