Vehicle was not ready when expected. Two days later, my rental limit expired a day before vehicle was ready . There is a part tywas ordered and hasn’t changed me in apparently. Lady told me they would call me when it does so I can take vehicle in or they can come to my house and install here. No call yet. I picked up vehicle on March 24th but no call about part.

My estimated completion date got pushed back a few times from what the shop claimed to be parts delays and understaffing. Although the representative was very responsive in the beginning, near the end she did not return my call and keep me updated like she stated she would. I was also told that I would be contacted the same day of pick or the next day to resolve an issue that was created by the shop during the repair process but I have yet to receive that follow up. Communication and completion times could have been better but the actual work was clean.
