Failed to do a thorough system check before releasing vehicle and now release is delayed awaiting parts and or other repairs. Paint work looked great and staff are very helpful but disappointed that work is not completed.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience with Caliber. Ms. Christine Roberts kept me informed the entire time, answered any questions that I had, and got back to me timely every time. There was an issue with the vendor sending the wrong grill and Ms. Christine worked diligently to get the correct grill. I felt very comfortable and taken care of by Ms. Christine as she was very knowledgeable in every step of the process. The experience was seamless with handing me off to enterprise and then being able to turn in the car to Caliber for them to report it had been turned in. Definitely will return for any other work I need done on my vehicle.
