Unfortunately, I was involved in a collision earlier this year in which most of my front bumper was essentially destroyed. My insurance company referred me to Caliber Collision for the repairs. I was a bit wary due to poor experiences in the past with other body shops not associated with this company. I am happy to say that I had a completely different experience with Caliber Collision. They were informative, communicative, efficient, and professional. There are some places that may have one or two of these attributes, but this company had all of them. I never had to wonder about the progress of my car because I would receive either text messages or calls about about my vehicle periodically. My car was completed in the estimated time that they provided, and I was very happy with their service. My car was properly repaired, washed, and vacuumed prior to pick up.They even fixed issues that I was unaware of. Driving off the lot, I could already tell that it was driving better than it had prior to the accident. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends, and although I hope that I am never in another accident again to require these specific services again, I would not hesitate to use them again if need be. Thank you for the time, effort, and care that your entire team provided for me and my vehicle. I definitely appreciate it.

The communication and updates were great! When my vehicle was done, I was at work. Someone drove my car to me and dropped it off, and took the rental off my hands. Great service!

The caliber collision staff is really great. I always get the best customer service and updates on my vehicle on time. The are never late and make the experience very simple and easy. I recommend caliber collision to all future customers for vehicle repairs. The coffee is good too at the shop
