There was misinformation given about how long the repair would take when I was deciding on when to drop the car off for repair. Days before the drop off-office worker told me over the phone that it would take at least one week to repair. When I was physically dropping off my car the agreed upon morning of-the adjuster said it could be ready in 4 days. I already had an out of town trip planned and was scheduled to be gone a week. Adjuster said if I did not pick up the car within 24 hours of completion I’d have to pay additional days of the rental car out of my own pocket. The adjuster did his best to accommodate the misinformation and I was able to return from my trip on the planned date in time to accommodate the 24 hour pick up window. They did a thorough job on the repair.

A small door switch was not installed when initially picked up and I had to return the next day to have it installed. Also the paint looks good but there are several very small bumps in the paint the size of grains of sand.
