If this is for alex who helped with car inspection and for staying in communication with me then this 8 goes to him. He went above and beyond and was very helpful. If this is for the front desk then I'd do a 5 or 6. Both times I was in it took forever to get help. And it wasnt even busy. No I'm sorry for the ling wait or we will be with you in a few or any communication on why it was taking so long.

I was really upset about wrecking my car but when I got it back it was so amazing how perfect it looks! I can’t tell at this point that it has been in an accident. I haven’t had it washed or detailed yet but just looking at it, I’m impressed with the work that was done. Thank you!

I would give a 10 but the male receptionist who greeted me in my arrival left me sitting for 30 minutes before an estimator saw me. He did apologize but it was irritating to just sit there waiting.
