One day after I collected my car , the batt went dead . I am wondering if my car lights were on or something , that may have contributed to this unfortunate event . I brought this up to Pete, the manager , but he didn’t not give me a definitive answer .

I took off work early on Friday to bring my vehicle in for an estimate, and dropped it off for repair. I was told at that time my vehicle would be ready Tuesday but Wednesday the latest. I received daily calls regarding the status and each day the completion date was moved out. I received a call at 3:45 on Thursday stating my vehicle was ready for pickup. I picked my vehicle up and the work done looked great. I asked the rep if all the light etc were working and she said yes we ran a scan. Well I wasn’t far down the road when I notice the side sensor lights on my mirrors we staying on. Moments later a warning ⚠️ message came up on the instrument panel stating “rear back up sensors unavailable”. I immediately called back to the shop and I was asked to bring it back. Do to other obligations/time I haven’t been able to get back over there. Will give further rating later

Cover for gas tank was not installed properly and there were two small dents on the car when i picked it up, calibers Employee came out and took pictures and said will call me back. I Have not received any call back yet
