Caliber did a good job. Minor issues with paint that are being sorted out. That said. Again. 3rd party vendors have left me disapointed. PDR was performed to drivers door, now the power window makes noises going up and down. 3rd party suspension work was absolutely subpar and personally if my business were associated with them i would look SERIOUSLY at whether or not they have been committing fraud as the work was so substandard and visibly WORSE after repairs were performed that i question whether the repairs were even completed in the first place

Paint job is comparable to a Maaco spray over job. Paint ripples (referred to as orange peel) were visible to areas thay have been painted, or blended. When this was brought up to representative, he stated that that was normal but would have the painter look at it, but would have to bring the car back.
