I had a mostly positive experience with the body shop. They did a great job repairing my car and overall the quality of the work met my expectations. Although the first time I went to pick up my car did not go as expected, the staff handled the situation very well. One of the team member, Taren, was very helpful! She made sure everything was corrected to my satisfaction. She took the time to address my concerns and made things right, which I value a lot in customer service. In the end, I am happy with how my car turned out and grateful for the effort the team put in to ensure I left satisfied.
