Kimberlee and Caliber were awesome! I was updated on the status of my car daily via multiple methods of communication and Kimberlee was so easy to work with and made an usual difficult situation easy. I would come back to Caliber again and I will definitely be recommending Caliber to my friends and family!

I am very appreciative for the employees at the Elk Grove Caliber Collision location. I would definitly recommend your business to any friends or family. Unfortunately the ENTIRE experience was not positive due to Hertz Rental Car. Their customer service and professionalism was beyond unacceptable. If I ever need work done again I will absolutely come to Caliber but will refuse Hertz as our rental car service. Two thumbs up to everyone at Caliber!
