We had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision and truly appreciate the excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Charlie and Suzie were both incredibly professional, attentive, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions with patience, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We were also very impressed with the shop itself — it was clean, organized, and professionally maintained, which gave me even more confidence in the quality of their work and care for their customers. This was my second accident this year where I had to bring my car into Caliber Collision, and both times I had such a great experience. Getting into an accident is stressful enough, so it really means a lot when you’re treated with kindness and patience throughout the process. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. They kept me updated, answered my questions, and made the entire experience feel so much less overwhelming. My car looked great when I got it back, and the customer service alone is enough to keep me coming back if I ever need repairs again. I have some work that clearly needs to be corrected, it looks like the clearcoat is mirrored… Probably, according to my quick research, it was a rushed polish. When the car was delivered to us, it was in the shade, you could not see it. In the sun, it's pretty obvious or with any light. I need that addressed. I sent pictures. On the other hand, Charles has been great. Thank you.

My impression with Caliber was outstanding from start to finish. Charles welcomed me with a handshake for an unscheduled estimate.He was courteous &professional .His detailed estimate was in my email within the hour.
