Our VW ID 4 was recently repaired after the front area had been damaged by a car reversing into us. The car looks great, perfect paint match,car was very clean. The repairs were well documented. I appreciated the text messages keeping me updated as to the repair progress. The carvwas actually completed a few days ahead of the initial estimated date. Outstanding service despite insurance obstacles Caliber Collision did an excellent job throughout the entire repair process. From communication to workmanship, their team was professional, transparent, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. What truly stood out is that Caliber maintained a high level of service despite repeated delays, resistance, and complications caused by Progressive Insurance, who attempted to deny aspects of the claim, slowed approvals, and generally made the process far more difficult than it needed to be. None of that was Caliber’s fault—and they consistently advocated, stayed responsive, and kept things moving as best as possible. The repairs were done thoroughly and with great attention to detail, and I always felt informed and respected as a customer. If you’re looking for a collision repair shop that will stand by their work and by you—even when the insurance company makes things challenging—Caliber Collision is absolutely the right choice. Highly recommend.
