Josh told me that my rental car company has shuttle service to drive me to the shop to pick my car, which saves me time and energy.

My encounter with Susie and Josh was amazing! I had been dealing with personal issues and needed to get my car in for repairs as soon as possible. Susie was able to get me in quickly. From the moment I took my car in for an estimate throughout the whole process of repairs, Josh was extremely informative. He made sure I understood what needed to be done and approximately how long the process would be. Josh made sure to keep me updated on how far along the car was in the process of repairs. Josh Fleshman was the Service Advisor assigned to my car repairs. He kept me apprised of the work and called with updates. Everyone at the office treated me so well — they’re all so friendly.
