After dropping off my rental, I was disappointed to see that my bumper (after work was completed) did not align with the body of my car. I pointed this out and Dolcey said they’d follow up, which they did promptly stating they’d need to order a piece to adjust the bumper alignment. However, this lack of attention to detail will now cause me to have to return the vehicle and have a new piece installed. The I convenience is disappointing.

Dolcey has been wonderful in this process. They’re communicative and prompt! The front desk attendant is less than stellar, somewhat unfriendly. I made an appointment and it never went through; she did not seem accommodating until I called Caliber by phone in the lobby.
