The service quality was excellent, and the repair work was completed to a very high standard. We were especially impressed that the car was cleaned so thoroughly inside and out. We would gladly return if the workshop ever offers standalone car cleaning services. The work was also finished sooner than we expected, which we appreciated. Based on the repair work alone, our satisfaction would have been a full 10 points. However, we were surprised by the final cost. The initial estimate was $1,690.95, which was lower than the quote we received from a Toyota workshop. We were later informed that some third party parts did not fit and that original Toyota parts were required, which would increase the cost. Although we appreciated the early notice, we were still surprised that the final amount rose to $2,914.01—significantly higher than the Toyota workshop’s estimate. While this did not affect our deductible, we hope the higher repair cost will not impact our insurance premium. Because of this unexpected price increase, our overall satisfaction is reduced by two points.

I was kept informed throughout the process and although the damage to my vehicle was minor, my claim was completed like it matter not only to me but to your company as well.
