Barb, David, & Shane - all amazing! Barb made all the paperwork and check-in/checkout easy. Shane kept me well advised about the progress on the vehicle and next steps- he was on it! (I didn’t realize how much I would appreciate the regular updates) Shane also helped me consider options while it was in the shop that will save me time and effort down the road (pun intended) Then David helped me resolve a last-minute hiccup with my license plate frame and was super friendly and helpful. These folks even had my truck ready a whole week earlier than what was originally quoted! Efficient, cheerful, and helpful all the way around! 10/10

Everyone was helpful, cheerful, and efficient! Barb, David, and Shane were particularly noteworthy. Barb made the paperwork, check in, and check out experience completely painless and explained everything beautifully. She even gave me a jump when I picked up my truck on a cold day. Shane kept me beautifully up-to-date on what was going on regularly. I didn’t realize how much I would appreciate the periodic updates but it was genuinely a nice touch and left me with zero questions about what’s going on. He even gave me some additional options while the vehicle was in for repair that will save me time in trouble down the road. David was super friendly and helpful with resolving a last-minute hiccup involving my license plate frame- which was completely resolved within 15 minutes. Everyone worked together to make the whole experience painless and they even got my truck back to me more than a week earlier than what was originally quoted! These folks also maintain what is probably the cleanest & tidiest body shop I have ever seen in my life.
