When we went to pick up our truck, my husband noticed a dent that was missed and some of the paint was “orange peel-like”. They took it back for another week and made it right, apologized profusely and even repaired some dings and buffed out some scuffs that were not included in our claim-just as a way to say sorry about the misses. No one is perfect and I feel they went above and beyond to make our experience positive. And this is way I am a return customer, even though I hope never to need their services again. :). I will refer all of my friends and family to Caliber in Arnold in the future because I trust them to do their very best to satisfy their customers.
