The first welcomed by the receptionist ( that title is an understatement), Barb. Her pleasant voice, to her knowledge of auto body repair process was very much appreciated. The lobby and restroom are clean and visually pleasing. The men who worked on my car were polite, well mannered, knowledgable, and attended to every detail. I highly recommend them.
