5 stars, 10/10, A+. However you want to put it, Ellisville Caliber did an impeccable job fixing my vehicle. I dropped my car off after getting t-boned and the team got right to work. From the estimating to dealing with the insurance company, I was kept in the loop during the entire process. I called a few times with questions and they were very knowledgeable and prompt. I picked up my repaired vehicle and it looked spotless. They had cleaned the entire interior and exterior of the vehicle. I have absolutely zero complaints about Ellisville Caliber. They are very knowledgeable in their industry, gave me daily updates (which you can turn off if that's not your thing), answered any questions I had, and the customer service was unbeatable. I've always heard horror stories of body repair shops, this experience truly changed my mind. I will recommend this location to anyone needing body work.

Caliber Collision in Ellisville did an awesome job on my car. The side they repaired actually looks better than the side that was not in need of repair. They got me in quickly. They worked with my insurance company and the car rental company, this was great. It saved me from having to make lots of phone calls at work. They also called frequently to let me know the status of my car.
