Rich (I believe that was his name) did an outstanding job from start to finish. He did a great job making sure I had a stress free experience, kept me updated on repairs and estimated finish dates, got me set up through Hertz and with a lyft ride over from where we were at and just all around made it the best experience it could have possibly been for the situation I had been put in to begin with. I will definitely be coming back to this location for future repairs if needed and will be requesting he assist me if I'm able to do so. Also if I could rate him higher than 10 I would for sure!

Rich was extremely helpful. He found some possible related damage that I did not notice. He will be helping me on that new found damage as well. He was open to questions and answers to make sure my car was fixed correctly. Would recommend him and Caliber Collision to family and friends.

I was told the repair would take two weeks, it took four while I was paying for a rental. My estimator did not ever contact me, was gone half way through the repair. The car was returned with a dead batter. It seems to be running well and the exterior looks very good as far as i could tell in the sun's glare.

I could recommend the work but I would warn them that communication had been very poor, that a part was overlooked when ordering was done so that the repair required 4 weeks instead of the projected two.

I so appreciate Rich for his outstanding customer service. Not only did he provide us with timely text updates on our car repair, he was always patiently available to answer our calls to work with our schedules. On top of all of that, he stayed after hours for my delayed arrival from the mountains on a Friday evening to make sure I could pick up my car. Cathy was very helpful arranging a quick estimate and then a service appointment on the same day! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and professional. Final body results are impressive!
