Everyone was very nice and professional. I really appreciated the emails and calls keeping me updated on my progress of my repair. Being able to just leave the rental car at the Caliber Collision facility was very much appreciated.

Rich was absolutely fantastic. He had wonderful customer service and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. When I picked up my car it looked good as new and I was so happy with the result! I have dealt with quite a few repair shops in the past and this is 100% the best experience I have ever had. If I need any repairs in the future this shop is the only place I’ll go. Thank you Rich for being the bright spot in a very stressful and unfortunate situation!
