If it is just body work needed I would recommend. Anything beyond that probably not. The customer service was very friendly though and always kept me up to date on what was happening.

My car is still not fixed and I was told my car would be detailed. It was not and there is glass still all over the place. The reason they got a 5 is because the outside body work looks good.

Kacey was amazing, very friendly, very helpful and explained the whole process with me and always kept me updated. Going into all of this I was very stressed and irritated because I was the one that got rear ended bc someone wasn’t paying attention on the road, so I was frustrated that my car was damaged and that I had to go through all of this. Kacey made it VERY quick and easy and the least bit stressful with her amazing customer service and knowledge. My car was complete within a couple of days and I was notified with updates. When picking up my car it looked better than I ever expected and my bumper looks as good as new! Rich was the one who got me all checked out and on my way. He was also very friendly and explained the warranty and the exact work they did to my car. Again, I can’t thank you all enough for making this bad situation into the best I could have ask for!

Great customer service, very helpful and took a lot of the stress away from being hit by someone else and not being my fault I was very irritated by the fact that I had to deal with all this, but they made me feel much better and made the process quick and easy!
