Wayne, Martin, James, Kacey and Kathy were all awesome. They kept me in the loop and made sure everything was to my standard. They ensured me that if I have any issues to come back and see Caliber and they will rectify the issue. They were very helpful.

The Caliber Collision team is top notch!! From my very first interaction with Johnny, to communicating with Kacey during the repairs, final walk through with Wayne, and then making payment with Kathy...everyone here is so professional and friendly. My repairs finished ahead of schedule and my 2018 Audi S4 was clean inside and out at delivery. The repairs restored my Audi to like new condition. It was a very enjoyable experience and there's no doubt who I will call if I need an auto body shop. Thank you so much! I am one happy customer!

I had to call and leave several voicemails before ever receiving a call back. If I didn't follow up with multiple call, I don't know if they ever would have called me. I also asked before the vehicle repairs began to be notified as I wanted some optionality with the replacement parts (rear bumper). They notified me well after all the parts were ordered, then the day before I picked the car, they told me that it wasn't an option anymore.

Rich and his staff are clearly very knowledgeable and have attention to detail. Rich was the communicator b/t me the car and his men and Geico.. He kept me informed as to what was done and what things were pending based on parts arriving and multiple supplemental thing that Geico needed to give the ok on. So when things were on hold his explanation of why made waiting more easy.. I see him as someone who is responsible and takes pride in his work. I would say he goes beyond the expected to a level above which he puts his heart into.
