Per my conversation with my insurance company I was advised I could drop off my car at the location I chose. Based on the hours open on their website they opened at 7:30. When I arrived at 7:40 there was no one to be seen.I walked throughout the shop asking for assistance and finally found a manager. He could not help me and told me I would need to bring my vehicle back because he had no info from my insurance company. I brought my vehicle back at the next scheduled time & left it there for repairs. Soon after I received an e-mail that they were in so high demand that they were not able to service my vehicle. They asked if they could move my vehicle to another location for repairs in Englewood. The Englewood location was amazing! Easy to work with, compassionate and open about the length of time it took to complete the necessary work. They transferred back my car to the original location once it was complete and the communication stopped. The secondary location continued to stay in contact with me even though my car had already been returned the original collision center. When I called the original location on I25 and Arapahoe they told me that I can’t pick up my car outside of standard business hours. It makes it really hard for someone who works. 9-5 job to be available for payment and retrieving their vehicle outside of those hours . When I asked for flexibility to see if I come 45 minutes after their last scheduled pick up time they refused. They also refused to have someone available prior to 8AM.

I had some struggles with my insurance company and another collision center and was completely exhausted and angry at the whole situation. From the moment I met Rich, my whole outlook changed. He was professional, very thorough, and put my mind at ease immediately. I have already recommended this shop to friends and will not go anywhere else in the future for repairs. Thank you so much!
