I am not fully satisfied as I did wash the truck and dried threw were the repair was and you can feel some scuffing on were it was not sanded down right. Also the paint on the corner of the bumper is already coming off . As I also looked in deeply under my driver head light they scratched my bumper from were they used the tool to unlatch the bumper . Very disappointed as it is a 2025 Explorer ST .

It seems like everytime the car is left in calibers hands it comes back with additional damage that didn’t exist prior to leaving it with caliber. An experience I never had anywhere else. This has caused extreme amount of time and stress and loss of use of the vehicle and I have no confidence it won’t happen next time.

They made sure they had the correct parts and were willing to continue to communicate with the dealership until that happened. As a customer I appreciate that advocacy for having my car exactly as it was before. Allen was a great communicator, I appreciated the frequent updates. Lastly, the car was completed detailed clean on the inside and out which was a great surprise when I picked up the car.

Took much longer than expected when the car was completely drivable after I decided I was just going to drop it out. Alan was very communicative about this though and that helped, but would have been nice to know about all the moving pieces thay caused delays up front

Lukas and the team far exceeded my expectations. The person who hand cleaned my car did an outstanding job. I am really impressed how it looks. I feel like I have a new car. The team crushed it on so many levels. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back if I need any more future repairs.
