Lukas and the team far exceeded my expectations. The person who hand cleaned my car did an outstanding job. I am really impressed how it looks. I feel like I have a new car. The team crushed it on so many levels. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back if I need any more future repairs.

My collision rep is already aware of my dissatisfaction. I should’ve known better than to take an exhaust job to a collision center. Caliber was unable to fix a simple exhaust weld, and had to use a specialist to fix what they couldn’t. I could’ve saved $500 by skipping their shoddy, middleman work, had I gone to the expert. I certainly will next time. Adding insult to injury, I realized that my windshield was cracked shortly after picking up my car. My representative Kaili asked me to take pictures of the crack, which I did. She responded with her own picture and explained that there was a before picture with a chip. It’s impossible to say! With all of the photo altering capabilities there are now, who is to say? Not just that, but you can clearly see white salt watermarks right next to the alleged chip. All I know is that I was pressured when I was initially making my appointment, to get glass work done. I explained that I didn’t need any, because my glass was “perfect”. Highly questionable that my car was returned with a large crack. I will tell anyone who’ll listen, to most certainly, avoid Caliber Collision.

I truly appreciated the professionalism that Lucas demonstrated while working with me on the repairs of my car. I also appreciated that he was able to help me with getting my vehicle back promptly, since this is my only vehicle and I am the sole caregiver for an 89 year old senior citizen. Thank yoy!!

Lucas and Cassie were amazing! Everyone was so nice and they got my car fixed in a week since I told them I was going on vacation the next week. Then when I was picking up, my car was detailed! Totally was not expecting that, I’m very appreciative for the team as I noticed a piece on my door handle was loose and ended up falling off, they offered to order the part and let me know when it came in! All in all my experience here was great and went so smooth including the insurance part!
