When I picked up my car, the damage looked like it had never happened. The vehicle was also cleaned, which I really appreciated. Kaili was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. I’m sure I’ll be in another accident at some point, when it happens, I’ll come back and let Kaili handle the process again.
