Good contact to customer. Great response to questions. Made the process easy and no hassle. Not so much the Silverthorne store but the Dartmouth Avenue Store.

Very happy with them and the whole process. HOWEVER...we live in Breckenridge 90 miles away. I was not happy with trying to get in with the Caliber Collision store located in Silverthorne. We did not have the same happy consumer experience with them and moved on to a Denver shop instead.

Again,the best out of all collision centers I'd ever used. I have a large media influence. With that, this shop will have more business. I will be calling a few radio stations where I personally know the production managers to see if I can inform everyone how absolutely great this particular shop is. Thank you to all the staff. Initial estimate of 2/11 was too long, especially since you had car for 3 days before working on it. In the end, it was done by Feb 6 which I was very happy with.
